Youth
Advocate Program International accepts contributions
of stock-holdings from supporters.
A
charitable gift of stock provides an opportunity for
tax savings while supporting YAP International. If you
have owned your stock for more than one year, this may
entitle you to a charitable deduction for the full market
value at the time the gift is made. If the stock has
appreciated in value, you may also avoid a capital gains
tax on the appreciation. Contact your broker or accountant
for details.
Endorsed certificates may be sent in a single envelope;
unendorsed certificate(s) and stock power, in separate
envelopes; and should be sent via registered mail, directly

help of your generous support!
Contributors
of less than $50 will receive an e-mail acknowledgement
of their gift for tax purposes.
Contributors
of $50 or more, and those providing requested in-kind
donations, will automatically receive a thank you letter
recognizing the value of their gift.
Contributions
of $25 or more, and those providing requested in-kind
donations, will be acknowledged on our web site, unless
the donor asks to remain anonymous.
Gifts
of any amount are appreciated; unfortunately, it is
not cost-effective for us to send out thank you letters
for gifts of less than $50.
