both our online privacy and security rules. Youth Advocate
Program International protects the privacy of our viewers
and subscribers. Because your privacy is important to
us, any personal information that you provide to us
will not be disclosed to a third party unless otherwise
agreed upon.
Through our website you can learn about our programs
and advocacy efforts for children around the world,
and have an opportunity to learn about the issues facing
children and youth, and take action to help improve their lives
and well-being. Because you are such an important part
of our work, we make a commitment to you to protect
your privacy at all times.
We encourage you to
join our e-newsletter to receive updates about our work
and the campaigns on which we serve. However, because
we respect you privacy our e-mails will be sent a maximum
of one time per month. Therefore, we will not exceed twelve issues per year.
Note: You are under no obligation to disclose
personal
information, and we will never ask you for
your social security number, or other forms of detailed personal
information. If you are requested to provide such information from an
organization claiming to be YAP International, please let us know
immediately.
If you are not comfortable
with our use of information, you may ask us to remove
any information we may have on record about you at any
time (generally speaking, this is only your e-mail address).
