Youth Advocate Program International welcomes endowment
gifts. An endowment would allow us to spend our time
on education, policy, advocacy, and youth participation,
without having to spend our time trying to secure the
funds we need to continue and expand our programs.
All
of our programs and activities (most listed within this
website) are run on a budget of only $200,000 per year.
An endowment of 4 million dollars, would allow us to
continue operating indefinitely (this would include
reinvesting part of the interest every year to offset
inflation).
If you, or someone you know, would like to make a significant
contribution to our endowment fund, please contact us.
If you would like to create a charitable bequest, all
that you need to do is list YAP International (with
our contact details) as a beneficiary in your will.
The federal government allows an unlimited estate charitable
deduction for this contribution. In order to make a
bequest, contact your attorney to write a percentage
or a specific amount that you would like to bequest.

for information and/or assistance in locating someone
to help you arrange the bequest to support our work.
Again, we can only continue our work with the help of
your generous support!
Contributors
of less than $50 will receive an e-mail acknowledgement
of their gift for tax purposes.
Contributors
of $50 or more, and those providing requested in-kind
donations, will automatically receive a thank you letter
recognizing the value of their gift.
Contributions
of $25 or more, and those providing requested in-kind
donations, will be acknowledged on our web site, unless
the donor asks to remain anonymous.
Gifts
of any amount are appreciated; unfortunately, it is
not cost-effective for us to send out thank you letters
for gifts of less than $50.
